Guidelines and procedure to fill the Online Registration form

General Instructions:

  1. You must have the following documents/information at the time of applying as these are mandatory for filling the form.

    • Recent colour passport size photo of the child (in jpg/jpeg format). The photo should not be taken before July 2023.

    • Note: The dimensions of the photo must be 100 x 80 pixels and the digital size of each photo must be less than 20KB. Background of the photos should be white in colour.

    • Provide valid email id and mobile number.

    • Aadhaar Card of the Parents.

  2. Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. Name, Parent's name and Date of Birth) in the Online Registration Form. The date of birth, name of the applicant, father’s and mother’s name filled in the form must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth Certificate.

  3. The Management of the School reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular candidate.

  4. In case any applicant is found to have submitted a false/incorrect information, then the registration of the applicant will be rejected and will not be processed further for admission.

  5. To avoid rejection, please do not fill up more than one form for a candidate.

  6. Print the acknowledgement receipt generated by the system once the form is submited successfully.

  7. Note down the Username and Password on the Acknowledgement Receipt for future reference. The Username and Password will be sent through SMS also.

  8. Hard Copies of the Acknowledgement form, Application and Supporting documents must be submitted at the school, failing which the application will be REJECTED.

  9. Click on the “I agree” option and “Proceed” link.
